No. 5 Mountains

車で数時間で着くしコロナ感染者も少ないということで、この前の週末アンドラ公国に行ってきました（No. 3 Fennel でちょっと触れましたが）。

ピレネー山脈にある小さな国で、夏以外はだいたい雪が降ってるそうで建物はほとんど石造りのものばかりでした。いくつか村を回りましたが、どの村からも観る景色がとくかく山、山、山、どこまでも続く緑、山のレイヤーが景色に奥行きをつける。壮大で感動しました。同時に、どこにいても山がある風景はなんとなく私の故郷である熊本（とくに阿蘇）のようでした。

Because it took us only a few hours drive and the number of infected people was relatively low there back then, we decided to go to Andorra for a weekend trip (I briefly mentioned in No.3 Fennel as well).

Andorra is a small country in the Pyrenees. It snows a lot except for summer, so there are a lot of stone houses. We visited some small villages, and all of them had picturesque sceneries. Mountains, mountains, mountains. Endless green. The layers of mountains add great depth to the landscape. It was magnificent and just breathtaking!

At the same time, as I saw mountains everywhere I went (obviously because it's in the mountain), it reminded me of my home Kumamoto, especially Mt. Aso.
